2024 CAMPGROUND STAFFER

We are now hiring campground staff for our 2024 camping season! You will perform a variety of duties that involve front desk management, guest services, grounds support, and the housekeeping. A positive attitude and customer service skills are a must. 8 hour shifts, 35 – 40 hours/week. Starting hourly wage is $17 – $20/hour dependent on experience and qualifications, with the potential for performance-based increases. Your shift schedule may vary (range from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and may include weekends. Full-time, seasonal, with the potential to continue year-round.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the daily operations of the Kebler Corner Stores, including inventory management and supply organization
• Perform landscaping/grounds and housekeeping duties
• Participate in office management support (i.e. filing, answering the phone, booking reservations, opening mail, etc.)
• Assist with special event operations – weddings, family reunions, corporate retreats, music festivals, and athletic events.
• Have knowledge of Kebler Corner and property amenities and the greater North Fork Valley and surrounding areas
• Complete other duties assigned by the supervisor

 

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, housekeeping, grounds, maintenance, and/or other related fields
• Willingness to learn new things
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to communicate with team members and manager

 

Requirements:

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs on a continued basis
• Must pass a background check
• Must provide three viable references
• Must be available to work May – October
